There are three key elements to the SCORE assessment process. These are:
1-Evaluation Form
A questionnaire has been developed across key parameters that can measure an organization’s strengths and weaknesses. In addition to the evaluation form, supporting documentation is required to be prepared that includes information such as local authority license, related certification, compliance to regulation standards and audited accounts.
2-On-site Visit
A trained SCORE auditor will visit the company being ‘SCORED’ that involves interviewing a representative of the company and observing business operations.
3-Results
Software has been developed that processes the information from the evaluation form and the on-site visit to produce an output SCORE Star Rating and diagram. The SCORE auditor currently issues the SCORE result with a supporting letter. A certificate is issued for companies achieving 3 star and above.
